Leadership Team

Mr. Pushkar Kulkarni

Founder Director of SAMViT Management Consultants Pvt Ltd, Mr.Pushkar Kulkarni has a wide experience of more than 12 years in various sectors including Higher Education, Analytical & Healthcare Software Solutions, Mobile Applications, Investment Banking (Mergers & Acquisitions), and Non-Banking Financial Services (NBFC).

SAMViT is his passion project to connect educational institutes across the globe to enhance the value and experience of education to students, faculty & institutes. Pushkar and his team in SAMViT have assisted colleges to explore new countries and connect with some of the esteemed universities from these countries for various joint academic activities. They strongly believe that each country is unique and has something special to offer.
He has been working in the education sector for more than 7 years, wherein he has been a catalyst for educational institutes in signing various academic agreements at the national and international levels. In December 2019, he was part of the core team to sign the first academic MoU between India and Azerbaijan’. He has arranged the delegations of students and faculty to the Chamber of Commerce and business centers in Singapore, the UK, USA, Dubai, and Azerbaijan. He has been also one of the core team members to organize various ‘Indo – US Educational Summits’ in India & the USA. He has successfully assisted Indian institutes to sign more than 25 MoUs with various foreign universities. He has worked with esteemed organizations like Alliance for US India Business (AUSIB); US India Political Action Committee (USINPAC); GPPE, etc. He has a passion for sharing knowledge and the latest global trends with the students and has also been a visiting lecturer in various colleges in Pune, India. A firm believer in Malcolm X’s thought, Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today, He has pursued his double master with MBA (Marketing) from the Savitribai Phule Pune University, India, and MSc International Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. He has worked in multicultural and multi-functional business environments. During his business trips, he has been able to connect with various locals in the USA, Canada, Netherlands, Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, etc. He has been a catalyst in setting new verticals abroad for various companies. He believes and is consistently working towards the realization of “Connecting Education Globally”, the motto of SAMVIT.

Mrs. Nirupama Mande – Thuse

Mrs. Nirupama Mande – Thuse is a qualified management professional with more than 15 years of experience in the areas of international higher education. She was actively involved in signing of Memorandum of Understandings [MoUs] with various overseas universities for Symbiosis International University, India along with designing and development of joint degree and semester exchange programs, on international level. She has also vast experience in other aspects of higher education like organizing events, faculty development programs, women entrepreneurship development programs, national and international conferences, etc.
At SAMViT, Mrs. Nirupama handles the co-ordination with various international academic institutions for different activities as well as ensures the smooth execution of those ongoing activities.

She holds Master of business Administration [MBA] from Sheffield Hallam University, UK and Masters of Commerce [M.Com] from Savitribai Phule University of Pune, India.

Dr. Shilpa Kulkarni

Strategic, high energy and process-oriented senior executive with research aptitude and clarity for research publication. Experience over 15 +years in Management Training and. Doctorate in Philosophy(Ph.D.) in organizational culture and sustainability from Symbiosis International University. GRI certified Auditor for GRI sustainability standards. Excellent coordination skills and innovative process management across many functional teams. Proven track records of delivering results for social sustainability and organizational development initiatives. Industry and international tie-ups for institutes developed and deployment of research scheme, initiation of research journal. Accomplished coach in CSR, Organization Behaviour, Sustainability, and HRM. Expertise in Social sustainability, research publication, collaborative research with international faculties. The crucial role in curriculum designing and review. Organizing national and international events and Executive development programs.
Currently working as assistant professor at IMDR, Pune, India.
